KAREN CARSOLIO
On-site Legal Counsel 

Karen studied law at the University of Sonora, graduating from law school in October 2004. She worked at an estate mercantile courthouse in Sonora, from January 2002 to September 2006, where she attended to various courses of delivery of justice implemented by the State Government of Sonora. In October of 2006, Karen was offered the position of closing attorney at Stewart Title, Los Cabos. She joined Tokase Properties in June 2007 taking over all legal aspects of developing and sales.

Karen's specialties include commerce law (bounced checks, promissory notes and contracts), real estate law (bank trusts, promise to purchase, purchase-sale contracts, and closings), and migration processes.
