BRAD ELLIS
Chief Engineer & Director of Operations 

Brad graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.  He worked with the Squaw Valley Ski Corporation as the upper mountain engineer for just over 11 years.  In pursuit of warmer climates, Brad was hired through a private developer in El Rincon as director of operations, where he worked for 5 years.  Shortly thereafter he was hired by Steve Berman as his private estate engineer.

Brad is a renowned fly fisherman, and has been featured in a Patagonia documentary titled "Running Down the Man - Rooster Fishing in Baja". Brad has been an integral part of the inception of Tokase Properties and is now the director of operations in all ongoing developments.
